Swiss researchers from ETH Zurich have used 3D printing to develop a robot that exploits the deep gravity of asteroids, enabling it to jump up to seven meters high. Among other things, this should be able to collect materials and help the researchers in their work. The “SpaceHopper” robot was developed with the company Scheurer Swiss.
