5th Campaign “Additive Manufacturing, Microtech and Photonics – Innovation through Interdisciplinarity”
New fields of innovation arise when novel approaches from cross-technologies can be integrated. We bring together the technologies Additive Manufacturing (AM), Microtech and Photonics to identify new opportunities for radical innovation. Find novel approaches to your challenges by thinking outside the box!
With this workshop, the innovation boosters IBAM, Microtech and Photonics enable specialists from industry and research to discuss together ideas/needs and form innovation teams.
On the ideation platform, participants can formulate their needs and ideas in order to subsequently identify potential for optimized solutions. Participants can team up and work together on solutions to present them to our experts. The best and most promising concepts receive a grant amount of between CHF 10,000.- up to CHF 25,000.-.
Campaign Timeline & Requirements
In cooperation with the innovation boosters Microtech and Photonics, the potentials of additive manufacturing in combination with mircrotech and photonics were discussed. Whether, for example the reduction of production wastes, agile product solutions or innovations in general with additive manufacturing are promising approaches needs to be questioned and examined. Current results, and the view on these future options led to the launch of the forth campaign in this area.
