ZHAW Conference
Applied research & development in additive manufacturing
September 7th, 2021
ZHAW
Zentrum für Produkt- und Prozessentwicklung ZPP
Lagerplatz 22
8408 Winterthur
Additive manufacturing has further established itself as a manufacturing technology in universities but also in many branches of industry. The expectations for industrial implementation are still immense, i.e. reliable results need to be on the table quickly. This creates a field of tension between basic principles that still need to be developed and successful industrial applications. The conference is intended to shed light on applied research and development in the field of “additive manufacturing” and the activities of universities, especially in cooperation with industry, and to provide an outlook for the future.
