2022 Campaign: 3D Printing in Food Industry

Our idea is to leverage additive manufacturing approaches to design advanced gastric delivery systems for micronutrients supplementation, such as iron. The novel gastric delivery system will provide a better control on the release properties and on the capsule geometry, thus, it provides targeted iron supplement for different population groups.
